This is a deliberate choice, aimed at cutting through the noise of implied or statutory warranties that often vary by country or region.
If the training falls short of your expectations, notify us at the end of day-1, and both powerful options apply:
Choose the fee waiver, and we'll refund any payments already made. This is the ceiling of our liability, and it's designed to be as straightforward as possible. We're not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, be it data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits, regardless of where you are based
For whole trainings, first-time customers are required to make a 50% prepayment upon confirmation, while returning customers benefit from a reduced prepayment of 35%. The balance for whole trainings is due within 10 business days following the completion of each training. For individual seats, regardless of customer status, full payment must be made prior to the start of the class
You're expected to have adequate commercial and business interruption insurance that is compliant with international standards. This is a non-negotiable prerequisite for engaging with EDC4IT, ensuring that both parties are protected.
We adhere to the latest ICC Force Majeure and Hardship Clauses, aligning our operations with globally recognized standards.
Disputes are rare but possible. Any claim must be initiated within one year from when the issue was or should have been identified. Jurisdiction and governance align with EDC4IT's registered location, but are intended to be compliant with international law.
