EDC4IT: Your Training, Your Terms, Zero Risk

Satisfaction: Non-Negotiable

EDC4IT is committed to delivering training that meets and exceeds your expectations, regardless of location. Beyond this commitment, no additional warranties are provided. This approach eliminates the complexity of implied or statutory warranties, which can vary by country or region.

Your Options, Your Control

If the training does not meet your expectations, notify us at the end of day one, and you can choose from two options:

  • A re-run of the course, free of charge.
  • A full fee waiver, no questions asked.

If you opt for the fee waiver, we will refund any payments already made. This is the extent of our liability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits, regardless of location.

Financial Terms: Clarity in Commitment

  • Whole Trainings:
    • First-time customers: 50% prepayment upon confirmation.
    • Returning customers: 35% prepayment upon confirmation.
    • Remaining balance: Due within 10 business days following the completion of each training.
  • Individual Seats:
    • Full payment is required prior to the start of the class, regardless of customer status.

Risk Management: Your Responsibility

You are required to maintain adequate commercial and business interruption insurance compliant with international standards. This is a non-negotiable prerequisite for engaging with EDC4IT to ensure mutual protection.

Cancellation: No Surprises

  • All payments are due within Net 30 terms from the date of cancellation or rescheduling. Notices must be in writing.
  • Cancellation Fees:
    • Over 10 business days: Airfare expenses reimbursed if incurred.
    • 6–10 business days: 50% cancellation fee or a 25% rescheduling fee.
    • 1–5 business days: 100% cancellation fee or a 50% rescheduling fee.

Individual Seat Cancellation: Flexibility Where It Counts

  • Over 10 business days: No fees, provided extra materials are untouched.
  • 6–10 business days: Half the additional attendee fee refunded.
  • 5 or fewer business days: No cancellations allowed; course materials are provided as a gift.

Force Majeure: Realities Acknowledged

EDC4IT adheres to the latest ICC Force Majeure and Hardship Clauses, ensuring alignment with globally recognized standards.

Dispute Resolution: Efficient and Fair

Disputes are rare but may occur. Claims must be initiated within one year of the issue being identified or reasonably discoverable. Jurisdiction and governance are aligned with EDC4IT's registered location and are compliant with international law.
